Using Kindness to Heal

This week the focus is on intentional acts of kindness. Where can you intentionally extend kindness today? Remember: Even in this small moment, taking a few seconds to close your eyes, breathing deeply, and say a prayer, affirmation, or meditation for someone you love [or someone you don't!] is an act of kindness that supports healing on a cellular level.

Or you can dive in and get the job done like the unnamed hero in the photo below. I don't know who you are sir, but my prayer and intentional act of kindness in this small moment is to honor you, and to thank you for being an example of kindness. I pray that you are blessed beyond measure for this brave sweet act in what clearly must have been a crisis, or at the very least, a challenge. Whoever you are and where ever you are, may God bless your family and loved ones abundantly with good health and prosperity for your act of kindness.

Who will you bestow kindness on today?

Kindly and in support,
